Frozen Pipes

Frozen water pipes are a major problem in colder regions around the globe. When the water within a pipe reaches colder temperatures (below 0 degrees Celsius), the water freezes, and expands. This causes a buildup of pressure within the pipe, causing it to burst, allowing water to envelop a property.
